THE LANGUAGE OF DREAMS – EXHIBITION

Hoxton Gallery
London.
2016

Exploring the idea that the universe is made of language – By defining language as information and imagination we begin to understand that the act of creation and expression can bring ideas into reality. In the process of thinking and creating we persuade things into actuality.

Pursuing a symbiosis between digital techniques and organic outcomes. These artworks take a deeper look at both the syntactical rules and interfaces between expressing thoughts, ideas and dreams into visual manifestations.  Technology as an interface between ideas, we aim to highlight the artworks are merely lines of code created inside circuits on a machine – and that the true beauty lies in the language of ideas, which brings them to life.

This exploration in communicating ideas and imagination with the intention to bring about an understanding between dreams and reality but also ourselves and each other. Creativity is a powerful tool in which to dissolve boundaries, express the truth about the times we live in, that there is a deeper meaning and magic than the shallow, consumeristic, materialistic culture that we have put in place.
